With an image circle that covers full-frame and VistaVision sensors, the Vespid Prime II series is built to support modern large-format cinema cameras.

Minimal Breathing & Distortion
Each lens incorporates an aspherical element to achieve outstanding aberration control, smooth close-focus performance, and minimal focus breathing essential for professional cinematography.

Lightweight & Mobile Design
At just 0.8 kg, the Vespid Prime II 24mm is lightweight and highly portable, making it ideal for drones, gimbals, and handheld shooting.

Series Consistency
The Vespid Prime II lenses are color-matched and designed with uniform mechanics, including:

  • Common 80 mm front diameter (compatible with pro matte boxes)

  • Cine-standard 0.8 MOD focus and aperture gears

  • Consistent lengths and weights across the lineup

  • Expanded 300° focus barrel rotation for precise focus pulls

  • New lens housing coating to reduce reflections

Cooke /i Metadata Technology
Transmit real-time lens metadata such as focal length, aperture, and focus distance via Cooke /i technology. Metadata can be accessed through lens mount contacts or the LEMO connector, supporting wireless control systems and virtual production workflows.

ARRI PL-Mount
Securely mounts to a wide range of professional cine cameras using the industry-standard ARRI PL mount.
