Tall-stand is a medium light stand made of electro-welded aluminium or steel tube, able to support loads from 15 to 25 kg to a maximum of 380 cm height, with only two extensions. The spider casting, linked to the upper end section, ensures exceptional stability despite of the narrow base, making it suitable to be used in tight spaces, both in studio and in location. The levelling leg enables the user to extend one leg more than the others to level out the stand on an incline or uneven terrain. [/fusion_text]Thanks to the universal top receiver assembly (with 16 mm male and 28 mm female spigot), tall-stand is perfect for setting lights and ambient microphones.Spider castings and riser castings of tall-stand are made in cast aluminium. The riser castings are equipped with a device that ensures the locking of the tube with a minimum handle rotation. To prevent hand injuries the stand is equipped with a safety device in between the riser castings.
No elements are made of thermoplastic material. Nuts and bolts, not rivets, are used to joint the legs and the spider castings, making repairs a whole lot easier.
Wheels are available, as well as air cushion to decelerate the downward motion of the tubes.
