How it all connects

  1. Lenses set the look – cine primes give consistent colour, smooth focus and de-clicked iris across a set.
  2. Wireless video (Hollyland Pyro) sends the camera image to the director, focus puller and client monitors with very low delay.
  3. Monitors and recorders (Blackmagic Video Assist, Hollyland Pyro 7) let the team judge focus and exposure, and record backups.
  4. Audio comes from wireless lavalier microphones straight into the camera.
  5. Filters (KASE ND, VND and mist) control exposure and texture in bright conditions – see our KASE range.

Frequently asked questions

Which lens mount do I need?
It depends on your camera. Mirrorless cameras like the Sony FX3 use Sony E-mount lenses or adapters; cinema cameras usually use PL mount. Tell us your camera and we'll confirm compatible lenses.

Why choose cine lenses over photo lenses?
Cine lenses have geared focus and iris rings for follow-focus systems, consistent sizes across a set, smoother focus travel and markings in T-stops, which makes them faster and more predictable on set.

Can I rent before I buy?
Yes. We hire DZOFilm, Thypoch and Hollyland gear, so you can test lenses on a real job first. See our rentals.

Are these products covered by Australian warranty?
Yes. Products bought from CineCiti are covered by Australian warranty and the Australian Consumer Law, and as the local distributor for brands like DZOFilm, Thypoch and Hollyland we handle support here in Australia.

Do you offer trade pricing for production companies?
Yes – rental houses and production companies can apply for a CineCiti trade account.
